What we believe.
Phillips & Green Ltd was founded out of the belief that the most valuable commodity we have is time. Homes that are purposefully designed to meet people’s physical, emotional and of course financial needs, provide them the security needed to spend their time on things that matter to them.
Who we are.
Property has always been a joint interest of ours and we are both keen to invest our time and resources into it. Having owned property since 2007 we have moved a couple of times, refurbing and renting out the homes we have left behind.
Following a year in Brisbane we moved back to Bristol, where we both studied, to start a family and settle down. We both enjoy the potential that property offers, often from complementary points of view; Ross assessing the bricks and mortar with Jen visualizing a finished home.
Ross Phillips
Ross enjoys networking and engaging with people. He has an engineer’s eye for detail, is adept at understanding financial and legal processes and is an experienced project manager. Ross is also an Airbnb Superhost (which he claims is for the extra income but really stems from his enjoyment of meeting new people)!
Jen Phillips
Jen has a thorough and patient manner which lends itself to researching areas, understanding local markets and identifying great opportunities. Jen loves seeing a property’s potential, is not put off by work and can visualise renovations and improvements. She’s great at spending hours on Pinterest researching how to achieve a high end feel without the price tag!

We offer investors the chance to work with us in a number of ways, either buying investment opportunities from us to develop themselves, working with us and splitting the profit, or lending us a fixed amount of money and receiving an attractive interest payment every quarter in return.
